In honor of Black History Month on Wednesday, February 24th at 6:00pm we will host our monthly 16th District Virtual Townhall. State Representative and Speaker of the House, Emanuel "Chris" Welch will be our featured speaker. Also joining us is Matthew DeLeon, Cook County Historian and Secretary to the Cook County Board of Commissioners. Matthew will give a brief presentation on African-Americans who have served Cook County. We look forward to seeing you there.
